Sea Spray Pros LLC is licensed and insured in the State of California. We are not responsible for leaks, water intrusion, or damage due to faulty seals on doors/windows/solar panels, outdoor electrical outlets, wiring, or any pre-existing conditions. You must disclose any known issues before work begins. We assume no liability for undisclosed or pre-existing conditions.

1. Scope and Limitations of Services

Pressure and soft washing services aim to significantly improve appearance, but results are not guaranteed to be perfect. Certain stains, residues, or imperfections (e.g., rust, calcium deposits, tree sap, artillery fungus, oil, paint splatters, embedded dirt) may not be fully removable and may only improve partially. We will identify known limitations during quoting when possible. Results vary based on surface age, material, and condition. We are not liable for incomplete removal or pre-existing issues.

2. Water and Electrical Usage

You grant us the right to use on-site water and electrical sources as needed without additional charge. If no suitable on-site supply is available, extra charges may apply. You must ensure water and electricity are on and operational before our arrival; additional fees will apply if unavailable.

3. Safety and Property Preparation

You must keep children, pets, and others away from the work area during services. Treated surfaces must remain clear of children and pets for at least 24 hours after completion for safety.

You must ensure all doors and windows are securely closed prior to and during services to prevent water intrusion.

You are responsible for clearing the work area of all items (e.g., vehicles, grills, furniture, planters, pots, plants, dog waste, etc.). If we must remove or relocate items, additional labor charges may apply, and we are not liable for damage, breakage, or storage issues. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles in the work zone. Please remove them beforehand.

4. Property Condition and Exclusions

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing or improper conditions, including but not limited to, improperly installed or loose siding/shingles, broken or unsealed windows/doors, wood rot, defective construction, unsecured wires, loose gutters/leaders, improper caulking, loose mortar/aggregate, or natural fading/bleaching on vinyl/aluminum siding.

You represent that the property is in good repair and weathertight, including all electrical services, receptacles, light fixtures, doors, and windows. We are not liable for water infiltration from poor installation, maintenance, or repair, nor can we guarantee removal of artillery fungus.

5. Hazardous Materials

You must disclose any hazardous materials or conditions (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, lead paint) before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if hazards are present and assume no liability for undisclosed hazards.

6. Media and Documentation

You grant Sea Spray Pros LLC permission to photograph, video, or otherwise document the property before, during, and after services for marketing, training, quality control, or damage documentation purposes. Media will not include personally identifiable information without consent; anonymized use for promotional purposes is permitted.

7. Payments

Payments are due per the estimate schedule and may be made by cash, credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer.

•               Residential services: Full payment is due on the day of completion.

•               Commercial services: Net 30 or net 60 days as specified.
Any deviations must be in writing. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. You agree to reimburse all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees. A 4% surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.

•               50% deposit may be required on larger projects.

•               Cancellation fee may be applied if not notified more than 24 hours prior to scheduled start date.

8. Scheduling and Weather

Our services are weather-dependent. We will make every reasonable effort to maintain scheduled dates but may need to reschedule due to inclement weather or uncontrollable circumstances. You will be notified promptly of changes.

9. Warranties

All warranties are limited to those provided by product manufacturers. We make no additional warranties, express or implied. Notify us immediately in writing of any concerns.

10. Windows

Water spotting on windows may occur as a result of our services. Window cleaning is not included unless separately quoted.
